The bathroom was spacious, and there was great water pressure, with unlimited hot water. The house has a great view over the valley, and the town of cinfaes (Not the river though). The internet was excellent (fiber), and was at least 50mbps up/down, with 3ms latency. Our MEO sim card had excellent mobile phone reception here. The shutters on the windows were very good, and provided near total darkness for sleeping. We used the cooking facilities, which worked well, and all the basics plus some were provided (we used frying pan, cooking utensils, cutting boards, knives, seasonings, oil, plates, bowls, cups, etc). The hosts were friendly and helpful. They recommended we eat at the restaurant down the hill (Amados), where we had several excellent meals, and felt like we made a friend with Miguel (the owner).

The house was very well-equipped with everything you could need in terms of equipment and basic food and other supplies. The air-conditioning throughout was very much appreciated. It was very clean and well maintained and in a quiet location away from the bustle of Pinhao. The host was waiting with the keys and was very informative about the area.
