All the staff we met were amazing and epitome of Japanese service.

The Japanese breakfast is delicious - they are able to cater my dietary concern. I appreciate that they offered hot tea and biscuit when I returned to the room after full day out.

Some come with a private open-air hot-spring bath. The hotel was next to the ice festival and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was so nice. Also the onsen was great. I would recommend! Also they made a breakfast bentobox on the go
