Tagoto features a hot public bath, Japanese-style and Western rooms and Japanese cuisine, a 5-minute drive from Aizu Wakamatsu Station. A wonderful ryokan in Aizuwakamatsu, with the most helpful and diligent staff! I never went a day without being completely full, my breakfast and dinner were absolutely wonderful! The bath area was calming and spotless clean! Cannot recommend this place enough!

17 km from Koriyama Station, Tabist Onsen Petit Hotel Yukori Bandai Atami is a recently renovated property located in Koriyama and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The room was big and very nice. There were extra blankets in the closet. The staff were all helpful and very kind. The location is near the station if you come by train. I went by car and there was lots of parking. The water available was great. Nice after a bath.

Located in Ashinomaki Onsen, 渓谷美の宿川音 provides air-conditioned rooms with private open-air hot spring bath. The room with the onsen tub on the balcony is everything you could ask for. That plus the fact that the town is semi-remote but still accessible by bus made an amazing time.

10 km from Nihonmatsu Station in Nihommatsu, mt. Inn(マウントイン） offers accommodation with access to a hot spring bath and public bath. This 2-star ryokan offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift. Great onsen, clean room, friendly staff

Boasting hot spring baths with mountain views, Kutsurogijyuku Chiyotaki is a 15-minute bus ride from JR Aizuwakamatsu Station. The room and the hotel are very clean. Our room is very big and comfort. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Nice spa (inside and outside) but we prefer the outside.

Featuring 4 hot spring baths with free flowing spring water, Kutsurogijyuku Shintaki offers accommodation located a 15-minute bus ride from JR Aizuwakamatsu Station. Spacious space. The private onsen is very nice.

Set in Aizuwakamatsu, 500 metres from Aizu Higashiyama Onsen, Onyado Toho features free WiFi access and free private parking. Everything is perfect,the staff is very helpful , the breakfast and the dinner is very delicious

Featuring an open-air bath and views of mountain, Shosuke-no-Yado Takinoyu is a ryokan situated in a historic building in Aizuwakamatsu, 3.4 km from Mount Iimori. Probably the best place we stayed in the two weeks in Japan. Everything is perfect! Highly recommend for anyone reading this to take the effort to go, be it driving there or taking the train. Plus point it the private onsens are really affordable. Don’t save your money just splurge it on the private onsens they offer!

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Okawaso offers accommodation in Aizuwakamatsu, 13 km from Aizu Higashiyama Onsen. Each room at this ryokan is air conditioned and comes with a TV. Nice location, great food, great onsen, have private onsen but too little time table for reserve.
