All aspects, including the staff, the room facilities, the breakfasts and dinners, the environment and the location, are all excellent! It will be a good choice if you want to experience the vibe and services of a traditional Japanese onsen hotel when visiting Hokkaido!

The rooms were spacious and clean, staff super helpful and the crab dinner meal was incredible with so much to choose from! Onsens were great and we loved the outdoor areas too - would definitely recommend anyone coming in Noboribetsu to stay here!
