For our first trip to Egypt and Hurghada we didn’t really know what to expect, I booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor’s reviews ( tip : stick with review from people who had already many reviews on different properties don’t listen to a one off review), everybody said it’s the place to stay if you plan a trip to Hurghada and honestly it is. Being used to the comfort and highly quality service of properties in Dubai, our expectations are always set quite high when it comes to services and cleanliness, we landed in Hurghada around 3 AM (we chose to stop in Istanbul to have a direct flight to Hurghada with TK) our taxi was already waiting for us (booked through booking for around 6$ way chipper than the dodgy local taxis ) arrived at the hotel 10 mn later as the hotel is pretty close to the airport which is very convenient. The hotel manager had already sent us an email to make sure everything was arranged as I requested some special settings in our room for my wife’s birthday and indeed everything was arranged they even offered us to have some snacks as we had a long trip. Checked in , the room is just huge (we had a deluxe room with sea view, more like a side sea view but it’s the same for all the similar room in this hotel). Room super clean, the bed and the pillows were very comfy and most important the hotel was so quiet. As an adult only the hotel was busy but not crowded and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was top notch, always asking what can be done to make our stay perfect, we used to receive a call to our room every other day asking if everything’s ok or do we have any special request. The hotel got 4 restaurants: main buffet downstairs used for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a seafood /Arabic restaurant upstairs (just above the buffet one ) was our favorite as it everyday has a large choice of fish, seafood, fresh pasta and so on.

Our stay has been exceptional and we will definitely come back. Everything, from the lovely and attentive staff to the amazing breakfast, the great choice of restaurants and its amazing food, the comfortable rooms, the great beach, the live music in the evenings, has exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are impeccable, from the garden to the pool, to the beach. All hotel areas are well sought after and cared for.

What a lovely holiday we had! The hotel is perfect: swimming pools all over the place, very nice and spacious rooms, WiFi everywhere. Ground floor rooms are just like fairytale - balcony goes directly to the pool. It's just like heaven! You'll find everything you need in the bathroom, from shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion to toothbrush and toothpaste. Perfect for light travelers. If you're arriving late, some food will be left in the room, not to mention cold water, fanta, coke, sprite in the fridge. If you are leaving early, you will get lunch boxes packed for the plane. The beach is very nice with crystal blue sea - a bit shallow but safe. You can still swim. There is a shopping center in the hotel, but also there are many different shops around, outside Titanic. Two hotels are connected - Titanic Palace and Titanic Beach. One can use bars, restaurants, pools... everything, in both hotels. Aquapark is great too! Football court, valleyball court, mini golf... everything! Nets and goals also in the pools. We had a wedding anniversary and stuff covered our bed with flowers and a heart shaped cake was sent to our room. !!! I must say that Mrs Olga is a person who can solve all your problems, in the best possible way! The Titanic Palace is very lucky to have someone like her! Mongolian Grill and Japanese restaurant are definitely worth visiting. Regular food is ok. Breakfast is the best with humus, falafel etc, but also anything else, from eggs to waffles, donuts and pancakes. If someone is picky (we are not), there's always a pasta or pizza station, french fries... Grills and snacks at the beach are great too. Ice Cream is delicious. Beach parties are lovely too. Thanks for a perfect holiday! We will come back.

Everything was great. A very nice hotel, very good located and very nice people and a great service. Especially Mohamed Hamed at the reception was very friendly and offered a great service. I will definitely go there again.

Desert Rose exceeded all expectations. From the moment of arrival, the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail were evident. Overall, this hotel provided the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay .

What an amazing experience we had on our honeymoon at Jaz Casa Del Mar. If you guys are going on a honeymoon, this is the perfect place. Let the hotel know before the trip if it something special like honeymoon etc so they will do something special for you guys. Food: - Delicious and with good variety. Several restaurants and main dining areas so there is always something to eat. - Everything from traditional egyption food, to barbeque, salads, dressings, pizza, burgers, soups, seafood. - Good cocktails and mocktails. - You are guaranteed to go 3kg up in weight. Room: - Nice view and was very clean - Suprised us with honeymoon cake and decoration :) - Big wardrobe, safe and a small free of charge refrigerator. Hotel: - The hotel is not too big, neither too small so that was a positive experience for us as it was easy to get a table when we wanted to eat, sunbed by the pool and beach and so on. - Professional and very helpful staff, both in the reception and at the dining areas. - 2 ATM's for cash Location: - Only 10 min taxi / uber from airport and 20 min ride to downtown. - Staying at a good location in Hurghada is a big advantage when it comes to doing activities in Hurghada like boat trips, safari and so on. I will explain it futher in Activity paragraph. Activities: You still need to do some activities to really experience Hurghada. - DON'T BOOK ANYTHING FROM A SELLER OR ANYTHING ELSE!! They will rip you. - Best and cheapest way to book activities is GetYourGuide, fixed prices, reviews and so on. - Because of good location, you will get free taxi from and back to hotel while booking the acitivity. Just confirm it is mentioned in the booking. - Boat trips, snorkling, paragliding, quadbike safari, camel ride and so on. Mividia spa: - Very professional and relaxing spa. - Don't be afraid to ask for a discount ;) Shopping: Shops close to the hotel = EXPENSIVE! Downtown = Cheap We will definetly be back! 10/10.
