The service is excellent. Especially Mr Matsumoto Yuto who has been very helpful and his service to us not only in detail but also with passion. Matsumoto san had made extra effort to translate our daily Kaiseki menu in English and also patiently explained to us the food, as well as the sake. He was cheerful and fun as well. The staffs in the Club resort also provided attentive service with enthusiasm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely beautiful resort on the top of a hill. Amazing ocean views. Tons of stuff for kids like ping pong, games room, even karaoke. Be sure to sit on the open air patio for the ashi-no-yu foot bath. Nice yukatas to wear when you go to onsen. Excellent variety at breakfast buffet. We stayed here after visiting Ise Jingu

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable with great amenities. We took our dog and there were bowls and bedding provided. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The pool area is great with lots of seating and is open from 8am-8pm so you can enjoy morning and evening swims. We have stayed twice now and I would definitely recommend it.

Business Hotel piuttosto comodo se non si hanno particolari necessità in termini di confort. Non ho provato i bagni pubblici, non ho capito se fosse inclusi o meno nella mia prenotazione. Stanza pulita e abbastanza confortevole, anche se un pochino piccolina. Colazione soddisfacente, considerando il fatto che hanno per la maggioranza clientela giapponese o comunque orientale. C'è comunque una buona scelta per chi apprezza la colazione dolce (come me), nessuna opzione "occidentale" per chi gradisce una colaziona salata. Ottima posizione, molto vicina alla stazione e a 10 minuti circa a piedi dal Geku del santuario di Ise.
