The sea view just outside the tent is astonishing, to go with the eastward direction you can see the sunrise every morning if the weather is good. The staff is friendly and helpful, with fluent English. The onsen available nearby was also fantastic.

Staff - They are so accomodating and embodied the omotenashi, excellent japanese customer service. They are all pleasing and friendly. Kudos to the staff who makes me smile when I forgot my room number. Room- Since I choose single ocupancy, the room space was just enough and I can still move around and drink coffee on the mini table. Bed - I think they have a memory cushion and pillow. I had a quality and undisturb sleep. I sleep like a baby. Bathroom - They a lot of stuff for toiletries and I like the ofuro. Squeky clean and you feel too comfy. Best part, they have option for great sleep. A kit compose of bathroom soak powder, sleeping masked, Tea packs. All are aid for sleeping. I truly value this because I had sleeping problems.

The hotel is perfectly located near some of the most important landmarks of Matsuyama. Also, it has a magnificent view towards the city. In short, the view was magnificent, the beds were exceptionally well, the room clean, the service on point. The transportation is really convenient to get to the hotel and to travel to other places in the city. The spa and sauna also propose a gorgeous view towards the city. In all, I highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Matsuyama or the prefecture of Ehime.

The emplacement is incredible, you can go by foot to the castle and there are transports just in front to go to the dogo onsen (you can also go by foot) There are big windows so you can have a lot of air easily which is always enjoyable

I can't say enough good things about the location! Gorgeous small town, great view out the window, the staff goes above and beyond if you need anything. We rented the Japanese style room and while I found the sleeping pad a bit too hard my wife slept fine! We rented one of their private onsens and it was amazing! The breakfast buffet was also great.

My room was lovely and the hotel is centrally located. The tram system is fantastic and easy to access from the hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The restaurant was very accepting of a single person dining and made me feel very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent.

The location is very convenient near the main downtown of Matsuyama is (and Okaido street), where many restaurants are. Also walking distance to the castle rope-way. On the 3rd floor there are washing machines, and an ice machine. The room cleaning in the morning was always very quick during the time we went out for breakfast and came back. Also two convenience stores literally 20 seconds outside the hotel.
