The room was spacious and clean. It has lots of facilities like a money exchange, a cold store and restaurants. The design looks like an empire that follows much the design of Disneyland. It felt we are a part of a fairy tale. They offer free shuttle services to Maihama station (Disney Land) and to Bayside station (Disney Sea). The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and has loads of options for vegetarians. The view from the balcony was amazing (sea view). They had a small corner and representatives for the company that ships bags to different hotels within Japan. It was our first time to use such a service and they were very helpful.

En Booking pone que es un 4 estrellas, pero sobradamente podria tener 5 estrellas. Nada mas llegar, vienen a buscarte las maletas con un carrito, nos guian hasta recepción y se esperan por si necesitamos algo. La atención es la mejor. El Hall del hotel, increible, de película. Las habitaciónes muy grandes, limpias, modernas y con muy buenas vistas a la bahia. El baño es de cine. Tienen 4 autobuses propios que cada poco tiempo hacen conexiones con la estación de tren de Urayasu y tambiñén te llevan a Disney Tokio, sin coste. Servicio de préstamo de paraguas gratis. Máquina de cambio de moneda en el propio hotel. Esperábamos un muy buen hotel por los comentarios y las fotos, pero muy gratamente fué superado. Nos dió muchisima pena dejar este hotel. Ahhh y los precios, muy buenos. Supongo que porque no está en el centro de Tokio.
