Absolutely loved the public bath on the rooftop. It was so refreshing to have part of it outside and an actual ice cold bath. Cute to have the peepholes with shutters so you could look outside while no one could look inside. The inside bath made my skin supersmooth. Nice dry sauna. Cool idea to have shower baskets with shampoo and conditioner for specific hairtypes to choose from. There was also a magnificent massage chair 👌 the extras like ice cream and free ramen were also appreciated. Loved how they decorated it with traditional Aomori Nebuta made by a local famous artist. They had tourist information on their tv which was really helpful. Room was small but everything was there, even space to hang your clothes to dry after washing them for free. Breakfast was abundant and well taken care of with a lot of diversity. Staff were all very helpful and kind. The apple juice was delicious ❤️ This hotel is worth going to Aomori for!

Apesar de um pouco distante da estação Shin Aomori do shinkansem, a estação Aomori é muito perto do hotel. Também é perto da área do porto local com muitos atrativos inclusive um antigo ferry que foi transformado num museu. Quartos confortáveis, de bom tamanho. Foi o melhor chuveiro que encontrei nos hotéis em que me hospedei no Japão. Uma ducha grande e forte, instalada no teto do banheiro.

The baths are spacious and comfortable with free frozen treats to relax with afterwards. There are complimentary washing machines, which are really appreciated by travellers with many days on the road. There's late night ramen. Our corner room wasn’t big but it was well arranged. The windows open to let in a little fresh air. The location is in the heart of town right near bus routes. Some of the staff speak English and offered a lot of help.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating of me, including speaking English. They put a lot of effort into making sure I was taken care of and answered my questions. The wifi was free and fast enough for most purposes.

The place is about a 25 minute walk to Aomori Station and about a 15 minute walk to most of the relevant spots in Aomori, but everything else was perfect about it. Check-in was easy, the rooms were small, but comfortable. The included breakfast was an incredible buffet that was amongst the best I've had in all of Asia for something that's free and included in the stay. There's a whole cabinet of free amenities including laundry detergent if you needed something for your stay

I arrived a couple hours early and I was able to leave my bags at the front desk. They were also able to recommend a place to eat and gave me clear directions. The breakfast had a small variety but was really tasty!

Apesar de um pouco distante da estação Shin Aomori do shinkansem, a estação Aomori é muito perto do hotel. Também é perto da área do porto local com muitos atrativos inclusive um antigo ferry que foi transformado num museu. Quartos confortáveis, de bom tamanho. The room was very nice and cosy, clean, had a nice view to watch the snow falling and to wake up with the natural light. The location is spectacular, the staff was very helpful and patient, the dinner was really nice and had apple mochi.

The location is on the top of a mountain, so the views were amazing. It’s also quite isolated so once you are there there is not much to do unless you want to play golf or go skiing. You could walk on the golf course if the weather permits. The staff spoke very good English. The dinner was delicious.

I liked the decoration, the hotel shape and the outdoor onsen. The room was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming. And above all, the food is really amazing! It's a little bit expensive but after all it's really worth the money!
