The couple who ran the hotel were so friendly.. speak very soft and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean, all brand new and modern. Spacious rooms. Fyi, pictures took when we checked out. When we insisted on giving tips, the lady gave us water for our bus trip to ninh bhin. The location is good. 12 min walk from our daily cruise trip and 3 min walk to bus meeting point. Another plus: they have brand new lift. So I don't need to carry my backpack all the way to 4th floor. Neighborhood is quite (tend to be too quite) so we had a very good rest

The warm welcome was lovely, we arrived early and the lady let us check in early. We had lots of washing and she did it all for us by 10 am the next morning. She then very kindly gave us a lift to our cruise boat. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. We highly recommend.

The place is just perfect! The rooms are perfectly clean, beds are comfy, you get fresh towels every day and a bottle of water. Hotel is located near the port so it's perfect if you want to go to Cat Ba by ferry. The owner is very nice and helpful. We loved it and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!
