There are also enough utilities eg garbage bags, utensils etc. The location is also convenient that it is between the JR station and the castle. The host is also very friendly with prompt reply! They let us store our luggage after check out, very nice!

Amazing treatment from the host right from the very beginning. Host is very friendly and helped us to shuttle us from Hakuba train stn to the accommodation. Host even offered to allow us to shop at the grocery to buy food etc. Host provided a brief orientation and guided us through the accommodation facilities and provided information Hakuba activities. The cottage is very clean, cosy and spacious. As we went during winter, the cottage provides good heating to ensure that guests are comfortable. We are able to freely play with the snow outside the cottage and the host even lend us a sled for the kid to slide around the snow. Very friendly host and very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Situado em Hakuba, a 11 km da Área de Esqui Tsugaike Kogen e a 41 km da Estação de Nagano, o Ringo Cottage oferece jardim e ar-condicionado. The location was great, just out of town and close to all the slopes we wanted to get to. The place was very spacious and the amenities were great with high tech and everything we needed. Comfy beds and nice pillows. Great aircon that kept us warm our entire stay.

Hosts were so helpful, kind and easy to deal with. Great house and such great value. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Thank you for having us for the week, we had a great time and enjoyed the ski resorts and the town of Hakuba. Only note would be suggest you hire a car as not much in the village of Iwatake, hosts even arranged us a hire car through a company and had it dropped to our door - no hassles at all, and so helpful and convenient. Hosts were open to assisting with everything we needed - even assisting with booking a restaurant reservation. We cannot wait to come back!!!
