We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. They made calls for me because I didn't have a phone plan. Also, the hotel is very clean and the rooms were air-conditioned. The restaurant at the hotel was also great. Food was great and the staff there were so very friendly.

Hotel Best Western Plus Panama Zen nalazi se na izvrsnoj lokaciji, svega 8 minuta vožnje od vrlo važne avenije Balboa i naplatne postaje Corredor Sur. Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre, Global Hotel Panama is located 10 minutes’ drive from Panama Old City Centre. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. We stayed at the Global Hotel twice and each time had rooms with great views - we could see the skyline and also partially the ocean. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and once can relax at the pool.
