This hotel was a great place to spend the night after a very long flight to Tokyo. The staff were extremely helpful with check-in as we were unused to the technology used and struggling with the language. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The fitness centre was clean and well-equipped. The on-site restaurant served a very good breakfast buffet with plenty of options - although it was a little pricey. The location on the Tokyo monorail made it very easy to get from Haneda airport.

We only stayed one night because we arrived late to Haneda. It's a quiet neighbourhood. The staff welcomed us after midnight, all very friendly. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast more than excellent! You can pick a japanese or an american breakfast and serve both as many times as you want. Very varied. They took care of replying each one of my messages before we arrived because we let them know we'd be there by 1 am and asked them to receive a pocket wifi we'd deliveried before and they already had it in the front desk when we checked in, so Excellent service! I'd definitely come back

Very close to terminal 3 and don’t follow Google instructions. There are signs to hotel as soon as one exits terminal 3. Less than 5 mins walk Checkin can be done through the kiosk which was super quick.
