Great location, amazing view, very friendly staff. Room: amazing room, very clean, view lives up to itd expectation. Bathroom with view was amazing at night. The view was all windows was great, at night you can see rainbow bridge and all the other buildings lit beautiful. Location: located directly beside Toyosu station and the yurakucho and yurikamome lines. From there you can easily reach a lot of areas within ginza and odaiba. Breakfast: breakfast was good but I preferred the buffet dishes over the main dish (seafood option) There's also an airport limousine bus stop directly outside the hotel. So you can easily book a ride to get to the airport quick and hassle free!

The facilities/amenities were clean and looked new. It was very nearby Shiomi Station & of walking distance to a nearby supermarket. Additionally, there is a Lawson conveniently located on the first floor. The area in general was very quaint and not too busy. This hotel would be a good stay for families/individuals who wish to travel to Disneyland as it is along the way. The staffs were very pleasant and helpful despite the language barrier and tried to arrange for our luggage transfer though last minute.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake is situated in Tokyo, 2.1 km from Odaiba Beach and 1.5 km from Tokyo Water Science Museum. the room are quite spacious for a place like tokyo and I love how generous they were with the toiletries. Check-in & out was fast and smooth. Subway and shopping mall was only around 50-100m away

There is free shuttle from Haneda airport. Very handy to have after a long international flight. The reception is really helpful. They help me filled out the form for luggage transfer. The breakfast was good value. The room is clean and there was daily room cleaning during our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to recharge at the hotel after a long day out. It is 7 minutes walking to small world and easily accessible to Odaiba. The laundry is handy to have.
