Ideally located in the Osaka Bay district of Osaka, Hotel Universal Port Vita is a 4-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan, 4 km from Osaka Bay Tower and 6 km from Tempozan Ferris Wheel. The location was the best! Right opp universal studios! Huge room and so clean! Love it! ❤️ love everything about this hotel!

One of us sustained a leg injury while on holiday, and we sought the hotel reception's advice for a clinic or hospital. I regret not getting his name but one staff member in particular helped us tremendously. He sourced a hospital with a medical interpreter, though unfortunately the interpreter was not available that day. As an alternative we asked where we could buy crutches, which we eventually ordered from Amazon and had delivered to the hotel. The hotel staff including other receptionists continued to enquire after our well-being till check out and beyond. The room was excellent — roomy and beautiful. Lighting was well done. Large comfortable bed, though the pillows could have been better. The toilet was also fantastic, with the toilet bowl, sink, and shower/bath in separated areas. Shower included a stool for sitting down (which was most helpful due to the leg injury). Breakfast consists of baked goods like croissants, doughnuts, etc. and was tasty.

The Mid-century room was great for 2 people! Plenty of space for luggage + some walking around room. Bigger than lots of hotel rooms in Tokyo. There was one laundry machine and dryer which we used. The bathroom was a good size, great water pressure, and it came with the disposable toothbrushes, combs, cotton pads and a hairdryer. Staff were very friendly! Checkout was also at 12pm which is rare. It’s close to the station and USJ.

Apresentando um bar, Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower encontra-se em Osaka, na área de Perfeitura de Osaka, a 5 minutos a pé de Centro Comunitário Minato Kumin e a 700 m de Isoji Central Park. Room is big and very comfortable! Everything is perfect. There's a space for you to put luggage if still not yet check in time. You can lock the luggage by using there equipment, which is very safe and convenient. Staff are very friendly and professional. Very close to Solaniwa Onsen, and close to Osaka Metro-Bentencho; very convenient to USJ and KIX by JR line. Definetly will come back and stay more nights here!
