It's difficult to describe such nice experience. From the communication, to the kindness, to the idea and execution of creating such place, simple everything. It is super comfy, the made us bonfire, we had a jacuzzi, the bed was suoer comfy, as well the amazing pillows.The view is insane towards the sea and perfect sunset.. Also the food they served us which we ordered extra was super good. Unique experience and totally worth it.

Briefly, the location is amazing - close to Tyrona National Park but still far enough off the beaten track so that you feel as if you’re in a private part of the forest. The noises of the wildlife in the evening are amazing, especially whilst. relaxing in the hammock and watching the sunset. The food is always excellent and will leave you wondering whether you ever want to leave. Definitely try the fish as it’s sourced locally and tastes incredible. I think it’s the perfect retreat to spend a few nights and change pace if you’ve been spending lots of time in busy hostels. Even when all rooms are occupied the hostel still feels spacious and private. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and there’s plenty to do in the surround area - just ask your hosts for any recommendations! Thank you so much for an perfect stay!!!🫶

Posada la Ofelia is situated in El Trompito, 31 km from Santa Marta. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the games room. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. One of the most magical places I have ever been lucky enough to stay in. Don Javier is a gem, the food was delicious, and the property was absolutely magical! Also, he makes the best food in all of Colombia.

Situated in Santa Marta, at the top of a mountain and 1,6 km from Pozos Colorados Beach, this detached holiday home features a terrace and a garden with an outdoor pool. It was the complete house. The property is just amazing and probably one of the best we have noticed in the Minca. Tucked in at the bottom of the rainforest, with two rivers crossing, the site just offers the perfect spot for serenity and tranquility. The two pools are fed with circulating river water, but you can also swim in the river at the bottom of the property. A little huts offer basic facilities, but they’re very comfortable. The host is very kind and extremely facilitating. We stayed two nights but we could’ve easily stayed on entire week!

So clean and comfortable. Perfect place to attend El Rio's parties or to just go hang by the river - it is only a very cheap 3 minute moto taxi or a 20 minute walk! The staff are very kind! There is amazing room service, netflix, and self controllable air-conditioning!! I can not recommend it enough! Also unrelated but "Buritaca Fried Chicken" on the main road is a must!!!
