We liked the room it was quite spacious.
We liked the room it was quite spacious. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was an easy bus ride from the main station and there were many restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a lot options both Japanese and Western. The staff were very helpful finding some bus information and lending us umbrellas and adaptors.

Very easy to get around downtown (west side of station). Almost every bus goes up and down the main street. It is a good base to make trips to Ashikaga Flower Park, Nasu, Nikko, Ohya and less than an hour by fast train to Tokyo. I like the view of the mountains from Utsunomiya. It's a calm city but if you are looking for world of heritage location i recommend Nikko there is a great location you must go to look, such as Toshogu World Heritage Kegon Waterfall, etc. and also Ashikaga Flower Park at Ashikaga.
