Location is decent if you have a car. Nice views from room (sea and Mountain View’s), willing and helpful staff. Did not use the spa, so cannot comment on that.

The location half a block from the railway station is super convenient. Only in Kochi passing through overnight. The rooms are a good size, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom super clean. We had a quick breakfast and coffee in the cafe before grabbing a taxi to the airport and it was perfect. We will stay here on our return to Japan.
