The hotel is a short walk from the station. The staff were very helpful and used their phones to translate information for us when required. They called a restaurant on our behalf to investigate options for our dietary requirements. Our rooms were a good size for two adults. PJs are provided. Additional toiletries are available in the lobby. There is a coin laundry just around the corner. They stored our luggage for us while we travelled to another town for an overnight stay.

A convenient stay for a transit visit in Gifu, with plentiful parking places for travellers. The rooms were comfortable and well-ventilated (air conditioning and heating), and there was an excellent buffet breakfast served from 6.30-9am. Twin room was a bit shabby but decent size (for a business hotel) and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were friendly.
