Very nice, brand new hotel. It had just opened a few days before we arrived, complete with a lobby full of beautiful flowers. It was perfect for us. The public baths were nice, and the coin laundry machines were very good quality. The complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch!

This place was terrific. Even before we got there staff were super helpful organising a series of things. Super helpful AGAIN when we got there. Extreme patience with my non-existant Japanese. Perfect location midway between station and castle. Wonderful garden outlook to enjoy a G&T and breakfast, fabulous views from rooms. Great facilities including onsen. Really great value. Definitely recommend.

It was in a quiet shopping street/arcade area. The owner was very welcoming, with the place easy to find. It was great value and I was the only one in the room during this evening. Overall, 10/10.
