The hotel is new, modern and well maintained. The room was a good size, and it was nice to have the terrace looking onto the pool. Lots of choice in the breakfast buffet with different local specialities every day, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location too - 5 minutes' walk to the centre of town, and opposite two big car parks, so always somewhere to leave the car.

I wanted to see locations in the middle of the Island. Loar Ferreries is a very good hotel to view these locationis.
Moreover they had a booklet that gave me some suggestions.
They have two swimming pools and a jacuzzi; outdoor is on the roof; indoor is near the restaurant; this you would not expect of a hotel in the city center, but is was very nice.

Es Mercadel was a quiet area and the villa was very private- We liked this.
Close by there was a small supermarket and a cafe which was good for breakfasts and drinks. Es Mercadel was also convenient to the larger area
Arenal d'en castell. A short walk we were there with its lovely beach, bars and restaurants.

A clean well equipped villa in a quiet location in what seemed to be a residential area only 3-4 mins walk from the beach and local facilites including a supermarket. The beach is large and clean and feels very safe with young families and older folk. All considerate. The locals are friendly and helpful. The food and wine are cheap. Fish dishes excel. Avoid the snack bar sitting on its own at one end of the beach - service verges on hostile and the octopus we got for 20 Euros was literally 2 mouthfuls - most unpleasant experience. But otherwise can't fault the restaurants. Not a location for those wanting action and nightlife.

Little quiet place, nice people, not near the sea but the sea reachable within 10/15 minutes...It is a problem if you have no transport because taxis are expensive...and buses are not always running.
Reception staff, esp Anabel, Lola & Juan were very helpful with advice about local visits, always smiling & happy to help.
Excellent location (the town itself in central island) & in the town of Es Mercadal; easy parking on the road; evening meal was very good; rooms are good esp those recently renovated; rooms on 1st floor were noisy, esp early morning when staff arrived! 2nd floor is better. Large back garden with pool & terrace. Altogether a very comfortable & good stay (4 nights).
The hotel was first class. The room and overall hotel were of exceptional design quality and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
The outside patio area was calming and great for relaxing in the afternoon and evening.
Everywhere was easily walkable in the town and the hotel is well located for exploring the central area of the island.
Breakfast was well presented, varied and plentiful.
Truely wished we had stayed longer.
S’Estancia is a very clean and beautiful place. The position is perfect to visit Minorca Island and Es Mercadal is a very nice village. Raul and Leon are very kind and ready to help you in any occasion, they gave us very good tipps and we felt like home! We will keep this place in our heart and for sure we will come back.

Breakfast was fantastic! Very nice selection of foods, although would have been nice to have a little more meat selection and savory pieces. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely place, location, and style of hotel. Will visit again. Be mindful that it is a hot hotel.
My room was spacious, clean and modern with everything I needed. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of choice. All hotel areas were clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely be staying again, and wholeheartedly recommend it.
Excellent location in the centre of Es mercadal with shops and cafes nearby. It can get abit nousy at night so light sleepers beware.
Easy parking within a few minute walk if you hire a car.
Easy to contact reception if any issues arise.
The hotel and room were beautiful. It is a recently renovated old building, and everything is in great condition. The staff and management are absolutely wonderful people. I hope to see them again when I return.
Lovely small private hotel, modern and super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and fresh (including homemade cake and good coffee). Pool is small but refreshing.
