Lovely staff in all areas.
Spotlessly clean. Liked the pool area and very well equipped gym. Location was good, we walked around the trail to the two nearby beaches.
Good choice at breakfast.
Just 200 metres from the beautiful bay and beach at Cala Galdana, Galdana Gardens offers apartments with balconies. This pretty resort features an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace.

The location is on the front, in the middle of it all but still quiet as the bedrooms are at the back of the property.
Beautiful swimming pool. Very clean property. Excellent staff who went over and beyond to help you.
Would not hesitate to return.
Situated just 500 metres from Cala Galdana Beach, this modern apartment features a garden with a terrace. Free parking is available.

The villa is clean, there are stair gates which was great for the children. The outdoor area with pool is spacious and clean. A really beautiful, well kept villa. It is up a hill from the beach but so are all the villas and we enjoyed the exercise and it’s an amazing view.
Ilunion Menorca apartments are located in Menorca's peaceful Cala Galdana and feature an outdoor pool with a sun terrace. The beach is just 600 metres away.

By far, one of the best resorts on Menorca - a long-term favourite with a wide range of attractions just a short car journey, bus ride or walk away. Extremely popular destination for British/French families and couples. Something for everyone with three major, well-appointed hotels (Minura Cala Galdana, Meliá Cala Galdana and ARTIEM Audax adults only) and many comfortable/affordable apartments.

I had read in several guide books that Cala Galdana was too built-up and commercialized, but we did not find that. The town is very small and not too crowded and the beach was great. Bus service there, however, is quite limited. Much better to have a car.

Cala Galdana is a small resort and there is a limited choice...
Cala Galdana is a small resort and there is a limited choice of places to eat and drink and its not great value for money compared to when we visited Cuitadella and noticed how much cheaper it was there.
There are only a couple of small supermarkets so if you want a 'big' shop for self catering you would have to venture to Cuitadella (about 30 minutes away) by bus or taxi.
There seems to be a mosquito problem as all 4 of us were bitten quite badly - this seemed to be in the evenings when out in the restaurants / bars.
The beach is beautiful and it is worth renting the sunbed and umbrella for a lovely relaxing day. You are however allowed to put your towel and own umbrella on the beach. We hired a self drive boat for a couple of hours which was good fun. Its worth taking your snorkel and mask as the bay is shallow and there are lots of fish.

As above we think that there are better places to stay in Menorca for couples, but Cala Galdana is hard to beat for its reasonably priced accommodation and range of facilities.
As I have coeliac disease and must eat gluten free it was good to have cooking facilities and to find most restaurants had no trouble providing suitable meals.

A nice beach, ideal for families.
A nice beach, ideal for families. The water is usually very calm and it doesn't get deep for a while.
It is especially fun because two of the islands most beautiful beaches are also in walking distance. Even our 5-year-old was able to walk there on his own. Sadly, it seems to be a thing for women to be topless at the beach, especially at those you have to walk to. That was pretty awkward.
Unfortunately, there was a storm one night. The river that runs from inland into the bay, made the whole bay turn into a brown pawn for two days.
The town hasn't very much charm to offer. But it has a selection of restaurants and some stores. Sadly, they allowed the Melia hotel group to build a really big hotel right by the beach. It really isn't nice to look at.
We rented a paddle boat with a slide for an hour. That was great fun for the whole family. We would recommend doing that.

Fabulous place for anyone with or without children.
Fabulous place for anyone with or without children. Perfect facilities- clean - plenty of lovely places to eat and drink. Stunning views. Supermarkets if self catering and ideal if you wanted to stay self catering, hotel or villa. Would definitely return
I would recommend this accommodation. The location is great, in the beautiful bay of Cala Galdana, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. You need to climb some stairs, but the views from the apartment are excellent. The accommodation provides you with everything you need (equipped kitchen, umbrella for the beach). The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The terrace area is big and equipped with chairs, sun beds and umbrella; nice to enjoy breakfast with the view.
The apartment was very large and had all the amenities I needed. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the capsule coffee machine with free capsules was especially nice. Everything was clean and working. You could see over the whole Cala Galdana from the apartment's terrace which was situated on the roof, the stairs to it were next to the apartment entrance. It was nice to sit outside having breakfast and listening to live music played in the nearby restaurant in the evenings.
Located at the top of Cala Galdana, this smallish resort had plenty for the kids while also being close enough to walk to the town beach or along to the next Cala along the coast. The 2 bed apartment was fine for 2 adults and 2 children, with nice views of and easy access to the pool. Kids mini disco was a huge hit, and the buffet breakfast was good if quite busy. There is noise into the evening if near the pool / bar area but not an issue for us. Staff were great.
Staff were so lovely and attentive. Brought a bottle of bubbly to my room on my bday with a handwritten note from the team.
Tonnes of breakfast buffet options. Continental, cooked english, omelettes, breads, pastries, yoghurts, fresh fruit. Super attentive staff too.
Cala Galdana is absolutely the best place to stay on the island. Unbelievable beaches within a 30 min hike in either direction. Tonnes of boat tours on the doorstep.
Joan was absolutely fantastic, with contact about how to get the keys & access to the villa, which all went very smoothly. Joan also sorted out birthday cake & balloons & birthday banner which were all just great. Would definitely recommend the villa, with comfortable rooms, fantastic views & great little pool. Good access to the very pretty resort of Cala Galdana.
The location of the villa was excellent, set I’m a quiet residential area. You could hear the big hotels entertainment on an evening but this wasn’t a problem for us. It was close enough to walk into Cala Galdana. The villa itself was great for what we wanted, fantastic pool and large outdoor space with pool table and table tennis. Villa facilities were great.
Perfect location less than 5 minutes walk from Cala Galdana beach.
Large apartment with everything well thought of. Very large terrace with sea view, partly in the sun and partly in the shade.
Excellent equipment including details like parasols, a pharmacy, some basic food products (oil, coffee, etc.), washing powder...
Easy communication with nice owner.
great hotel in a beautiful stunning beach .
i don’t usually like large hotels and this is large but so clean and kind and great service -
the beach is spectacular- one of the nicest I have seen
you have to rent your own beach chair or kayak but there is a lot to do there and swimming is spectacular!
excellent place for couple and families -
Location was great, many super markets nearby for breakfast, they do their own bread among many other options. Cala Galdana is great as well, one of the few beaches with parking "nearby" (many others you have to walk/hike 20+ minutes). Many good restaurants for dinner as well. Bed was big and comfy. Parking on the street was easy and free.
Amazing location with stunning views of Cala Galdana bay! We had a sea view apartment, and the view from the balcony is spectacular! The breakfast was delicious, and the bar serves La carte meals from 1-4pm, with a buffet dinner from 7.30 - 10pm. Buffet was fresh, well prepared and delicious meals.
Spa was amazing. Marta gave one of the best massages I ever had.
We accidentally opted for the "Board" option and it was the best accident! Loved having breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
The room was slightly smaller than I expected but was clean and well situated.
Breakfast is so good ! Staff is so kind and polite and always get ready to help you ! I would love to come back and stay there. I'm glad I picked Comitas as hotel. Jacuzzi was nice as well and we had a really great time with my husband
Walkable to Cala Galdana and Cala Mitjana next to a woodland area
Good modern layout of rooms and living space for two families
Lovely self-contained outside area and garden
Modern property but with a little bit of Menorcan charm
A partially renewed hotel, looks like some part is relatively new, some part was from 90’s. room was clean and finding a car park was a big plus. Even in September, it was pretty difficult to find parking place in cala galdana.
I have already filled one of these out. The staff are brilliant and the hotel is in the perfect location, have been several times in the past. The real issue is the lack of space in the rooms and some without balconies.
Location was great, shops, beach restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Pool perfect for little ones. Different areas suitable for different times of day. Very private.
Everything in the hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are nice and the location is perfect! I really enjoyed my time there! It’s a very good hotel to stay.
