Great location. Comfortable and clean accommodation. The staff person was very nice and made sure we had what we needed. Good location, walkable to many sights and cafes.

Located in Nikko, 2.1 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine, Sanga Nikko provides rooms with free WiFi access. The property is set 10 km from Kegon Falls and 22 km from Nikkō-kokuritsu-kōen. We had a really lovely stay! The house was comfortable, clean, quiet, and had everything we could need. It was in a great location, a couple minutes walk away from the station and a supermarket. Our host, Yoshi, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay: we received really good suggestions for activities, restaurants, sightseeing... everything was covered! I was unfortunately unwell for a night and Yoshi was incredibly kind, making sure I had everything I could need and even putting together a care package. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Featuring a garden, Midorian is located within Nikko National Park. The property is around 1.5 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine, 8 km from Kegon Falls and a 16-minute walk from Futarasan Shrine. The Midorian had this unquantifiable fairy-tale quality to itself. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by a cool river, under the care of a noble man.

Featuring free WiFi, Stay Nikko Guesthouse offers accommodation in Nikko. Nikko Station on the Tobu and JR lines can be reached within a 13-minute walk. Free private parking is available on site. The host was extremely friendly and even gave us a ride to the train station which was extremely helpful to us!

Homely rooms with mountain views, free Wi-Fi and a private bath await guests at Villa Revage, 350 metres from Nikko Botanical Garden. A beautiful lodge to stay in. The star is the onsen - there are 2 onsen rooms in a separate building outside with a maple tree on the walk out. There is a clever light system that allows you to know when the onsens are in use by other guests - plenty of time to be able to use. The onsen rooms are beautifully built and were such a delight to use - there was a private outside space for one of them as well. As the onsens are private, it is fine for people with tattoos to use. There is a large communal area where you have breakfast and can also relax and prepare other meals. Hot and cold water available as well as microwaves and toaster for preparing meals. There is a lovely children's play area as well. Breakfast is served in the morning with a choice of different pastries and drinks that you order the night before. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. Good location - 10 minutes by bus from Tobu Nikko station, 5 minutes by bus to the shrines, temples and Shinyko bridge, 5 minute walk to Daiyu river and about 30-40 minutes by bus to Lake Chuzenji. The beds were comfortable and there was good amount of space for storage in the rooms. Table, chairs and TV in each room.
